Where to buy my jewellery in Cape Town 3 (The Gallery Shop)

Many tourists in Cape Town visit the Green Market to bargain for souvenirs from South Africa; most of these not made in the Rainbow Nation. But The Gallery Shop in nearby Church Street is a different story. It showcases contemporary handmade craft, design and art from South Africa. The owner, Lorin, focuses on beadwork, jewellery, ceramics, felt and recycled materials; all made by artisans in the region. The shop supports community projects and Aids Organisations. The unique items are small, lightweight and easy to pack. My designs blend well in the shop presentation. The Gallery Shop attracts customers from around the globe.

  2. It is always a struggle between what appears to be & what really is, isn’t it?
